Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum a manufacturing relationship needs and nothing we do not need.

What we collect. From a quote request: name, company, email, country, quantity, brief and any artwork you attach. From the site: aggregated page statistics. We do not run advertising pixels, do not record sessions or keystrokes, and have never sold or rented enquiry data.

Why we hold it. To price your order, make the garments, invoice and ship them, and answer you later. Design files are stored on our own account and used only for your production.

Your artwork stays yours. We do not publish it, share it with other clients or use it as a portfolio image without written permission. Confidentiality undertakings are standard and free to sign.

Retention. Unconverted enquiries are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept as long as Pakistani accounting law requires, then archived.

Hosting and transfers. Our site is hosted outside Pakistan, so form submissions cross borders as part of normal email delivery. Ask before you send anything sensitive and we will name the processor involved.

Cookies. The theme sets no marketing cookies and loads no third-party script except Google Fonts, which is a single toggle in the site editor. Analytics or advertising you install yourself is configured separately.

Your rights. Email info@zedlersports.com.pk to request, correct or delete what we hold about you. Answered within 30 days.
