A tech pack is not paperwork for its own sake. It is the difference between a quote you can trust and one that quietly changes after your deposit.
Page 1 — style card. Style name, season, target gender and age, the sizes you intend to produce, and a photo of a similar garment if you have one.
Page 2 — measurement spec. Every point of measure with its tolerance: ±0.5 cm is normal on body lengths, ±0.3 cm on rib widths. Specify your size chart, or accept ours and note that you did. This one table prevents nine of ten sizing disputes.
Page 3 — bill of materials. Fabric with grammage and composition, every trim with supplier and colour, thread type, labels and their exact positions, packaging. State where a substitution is allowed and where a component is locked.
Page 4 — artwork placement. Each print or embroidery with dimensions in mm, distance from a fixed seam, colour references — and the vector file, not a screenshot.
Page 5 — construction callouts. Seam type per join (ISO 4915 numbering helps: 607 flatlock on coverstitched hems, 301 lockstitch on structural joins), stitch density, and stretch direction on each panel.
Page 6 — grade rules. Or write 'apply standard block grade' and let us send ours back for approval.
Tick the tech pack option on the quote form and we send the editable template with the example already populated for your garment type. It costs nothing, and it is what makes your first price the final one.
